Notice: PickFun is committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for you and your pets. Currently, our primary fulfillment operations are based in the United States, with plans to expand globally in the near future.

1. Shipping Origin & Scope

All PickFun orders are processed and shipped directly from our local warehouse in the United States. Currently, we provide standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

*Please note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories (including Alaska and Hawaii) through our standard automated checkout at this time.

2. Processing Time

We strive to get your PickFun robot on its way as quickly as possible:

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.
  • Holidays: Shipping is not available on weekends or US federal holidays.

4. Global Shipping Inquiries

PickFun is expanding! If you are located outside the United States and wish to purchase our pet robot, please contact us directly. We can arrange manual shipping quotes and check availability for your specific region.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

6. Inspection upon Receipt

To ensure your PickFun robot arrives in perfect condition, please follow these steps:

  • Inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing for the delivery.
  • If the box is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
  • Verify the contents within 24 hours of receipt to ensure all components are functional.
