Refund policy

Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return. This policy applies to all purchases of PickFun pet companion robots and accessories made through our official channels.

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • It is returned in the original product packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
  • You can provide the original receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@pickfunpals.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Authorization & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will send you the return address..
  3. Ship Your Return: Items sent back to us without a prior RMA will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any product that is damaged due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Software or digital content that has been downloaded or activated.

5. Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at support@pickfunpals.com. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will evaluate and arrange a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

  • Inspection: We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
  • Approval & Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. The timing of the refund posting depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping Costs: For returns due to change of mind, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For defective/wrong items, we cover all shipping costs.
  • Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.
